“ Came here with a group of people. The service was great and they brought out lots of food for us on the plates to put into our hotpot. My favorite thing about this place is their sauce bar. The possibilities are endless and everything you mix will taste good anyways. This is probably my favorite all you can eat hotpot place. The price is super reasonable as well! ”
“ Hot pot restaurant in Suwanee. Excellent food. They don't speak much English, but you use an order sheet anyway. ”
“ Want a spot that will hit that hot pot crave that would leave you beyond satisfied? Look no further than this place! I have been going here anytime I have an itch for some really spicy (or not - with the pork bone) broth. You'll fill out a sheet to detail what type of broth you'd like along with the other dishes. The spicy broth is definitely spicy, so I would suggest going with level 1 if this is your first time there as you can always add more spice / peppers to achieve the higher levels. I usually go for the pork bone broth. I would compensate for heat through the sauce bar in the back corner. Next to the sauce bar would be where you can grab extra utensils / bowls / plates for the table. Service is well rounded. They would come around to check on your broth level / temp and adjust accordingly. From the times I have dined here, I have noticed that the server staff is made up of only 2 personnel. Despite having such a low number, rest assured that you will be well kept. Food is always amazing. I know it's pretty standard hot pot but here are a few things that makes this spot stand out from the others: the spicy broth is a balance between spicy and the lip numbing sensation, the additional a la carte items (especially the fried bread / honey bread) is a great addition, and the level of consistency on multiple aspects such as the service, food, and overall experience. Some tips: Bring some cash to pay for your bill because your initial canned drinks will be free if paid through cash. Also, with their low staff count, they will have lunch as well which results in a bit of hang up in service so plan your visit accordingly if that bothers you. ”
“ My sister was raving about this hot pot place and I am a huge fan of Chinese Hot Pot, so when I was visiting in town, a few of my friends and I decided to check this place out. We visited on a Tuesday evening, and the place was fairly empty with a few patrons here and there. I did notice that this place already felt super authentic, so we were really excited. This place is AYCE with a few sides that charge extra, but most of the toppings for the soup are part of the $31.99 price, and they give you a sheet of paper where they let you choose the toppings. You get to choose two broths, so we ordered the beef bone broth, and the spicy (level 2) broth. Some of the toppings we ordered were -- napa cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, spam, fried tofu, tofu, eggs, corn, bok choy, bean sprouts, sausages, beef balls, beef, shrimp, fish filet, fish paste, glass noodles, ramen noodles, fish balls, crab meat, rice cakes, and a bunch more but we can't remember. There is a self-serve sauce bar, and they DO have peanut sauce (which is a must) so you're able to make your own sauce. After we put our initial order in, our server brought us out the broth, the meat and all the toppings we ordered. I must say -- we came with a group of 5 and she brought out PLENTY of toppings (including the meat!). It was so much that we didn't even have to order a second round. The broth was really good from both flavors -- I will say the spicy level 2 is PRETTY spicy, so I think I would opt for level 1 next time, and once the ingredients start cooking and boiling, the flavor of the soup gets deeper and deeper. For $31.99, it was a great package price! You're able to pick out what you wanna eat for a pretty affordable price and the meat is AYCE too, which is the best part. I wouldn't say it was the BEST hot pot I've had, but it was still pretty darn good and I would definitely return here! ”
“ As a hot pot lover and weekly hot pot consumer, Chuan Yu all around, is the best hot pot in GA! Some people in this group have given this place bed reviews but I honestly think it's because they don't know how/what to order. Chuan Yu offers individual pots and the split pot combo. For best experience, I highly recommend sitting at the table that accommodates the split pot. For broth options, the bone broth and the spicy broth are my go to. The bone broth is soo flavorful and spicy broth is . I usually get Level 3 spicy but it def leave my . For meats, we always get the pork and beef. Look at the meat quality here!! Guaranteed juicy every bite. You honestly don't even need sauce here as the broth is sooo soooo good! But to some people, sauce is life! Here is my sauce recipe: Garlic ShaCha Sauce Peanut Butter Bean Sauce Sesame Oil Fish Sauce Sugar (Pinch) Cilantro Sesame Seeds As you can see on the menu, they have lots of food to offer. The owners do not speak English very well here (they kinda just nod and smile). So if you want more of something, simply write it on the menu.
